Anti-tobacco fact of the day – Tobacco is the only product legally available in Canada that can kill its users if they follow the manufacturer’s directions. Now ask yourself…is it worth it?

The varsity boys basketball team travelled to KVHS last night and were defeated 79-44. After being down 9 points at half the Sonics were totally outplayed in the second half. Fatigue also contributed to the loss as the Sonics only had 7 healthy players for the game. Jake Folkins led the way for the Sonics with 18 points.
