Today, a representative from Holland College will be available at noon for questions about their 65 full-time programs, athletics, and application process. Application review date is March 1, 2013.

The Sonics vs the Crusaders play at 5:30 in the Sonic Dome today.

Revolve 2026 will be meeting today at lunch in the cafeteria.

There will be a quick meeting for Dairytown Classic hosts in Mr. Belyea’s room today at 12:20.

There is an urgent meeting for the Improv team today at 12:20 in Mr. Rioux’s room.

Announcments from Guidance for January 14, 2013

Oulton College will be here at noon on Wednesday, January 16, in the lobby to talk about their Moncton campus. It offers health science, information and technology, human services, policing, and business courses.

Grade 12 students who are interested in being nominated for the Schulich Leader Award, please pass in an Activity Resume to Guidance. Check with Guidance or go to their webpage for more information.

Announcements for January 14, 2013

Today, at 1:00 pm, is the deadline to apply for an attendance exemption.

There will be a brief meeting at noon for students who would like to work on sets for the play.

On Tuesday, the Boys’ JV Basketball team host KVHS at 5:30 and the Boys’ Varsity team host KVHS at 7:15. On Saturday, JV Boys play Simonds at 11:00 and Varsity Boys play Simonds at 1:00 p.m.

Both Girls’ Basketball teams play KV this Thursday beginning at 5:30 – come out for two exciting back-to-back games!

If anyone can help with the clock or keep score for the boys’ basketball games this week, please see Mr. Barton as soon as possible.

Announcements for January 11, 2013

There are three home games this weekend: the Girls’ Hockey team plays on Saturday at 6:45 vs. Harbour View; and the Boys’ Hockey team plays Saturday vs. Rothesay and Sunday vs. St. Macs both at 8:30 p.m.

If you did not bring your money today and still wish to purchase a yearbook, please go to the lobby at noon on Monday.

Attendance exemption applications are due in the office before 1:00 on Monday, January 14.

For play practice today, the Pharaoh song practice is at 12:35; and the narrators are to meet Ms. Smidt in the theatre at 3:30.

Yearbooks are on sale in the lobby this week including tomorrow–$50…..just 78 left! Last chance to order until June.

The Varsity Ladies’ Basketball team takes on the Harbourview Vikings tonight in the Sonic Dome at 7:00—come out to support your team.

Attention Volleyball Girls: The High School season is fast approaching. The gym will be open on Sunday at 6:30 for any girls looking to get a head start on the new season.
